June 2, 1999- Well hello everyone. I'd like to thank everyone who came to our show on May 1st and I'd like to say "fuck you" to everyone that didn't show up. To see a list of who did come and who didn't come go to the shows page. Well it's summer time again and that means we'll have more time to practice and stuff. We are now recording at Hawthorne Studios in Arlington Heights. I'm not sure who our drummer is right now so if anybody knows please let me know. We have a whole lot of merchandise available now including CDs so email us if you'd like one cheap. laterz.
April 13, 1999- We have two shows coming up. The first show is on May 1st in Dennis' basement and it is our one year anniversary show. The second show is on May 15th in Rockford. The "Uber Alles" cd's should be done soon and will be available at both shows. I am also putting some sound clips on here real soon so look for that. Oh and Mike Wells is back drumming for us.
March 11, 1999- Guess what everyone? We have a show! It's at "That One Place" in Rockford, IL. We've practiced a couple times and we plan on practicing a lot over spring break with our new drummer Alex Jones. We are also going to try recording for a Ruckus Rekords comp. Oh and we should have CD's of "Uber Alles" soon so look for that.
Febuary 1, 1999- Hi Demiloaf fans. We've sold all of the 50 copies of the "Uber Alles" tape but if you don't have one already, we will be making more soon. We are also writing/recording new songs for an EP that we plan to release on Ruckus Records and that should be out in a little while. We are also putting two songs on the Ruckus Records compilation with Disowned, Upchuck, Antagonist, and more. If you go to Hersey check out the article about us in the Correspondent. It's an "interview" with Terry and Dennis. I took down the lyrics page for a few reasons but just email if you want an almost complete lyrics sheet. We are also planning a Demiloaf one year aniversary show on May 1st so look for that. later.
December 15, 1998-Wow, can you believe that I'm updating the Demiloaf page? It's been such a long time. Sorry to anyone who likes to come to our page. Well there is a lot of news in the Demiloaf world. We have a new 11 song tape out called "Uber Alles" on SkankerDethRecords. It only costs $2 and it is definitely the best Demiloaf release. The songs on the tape are Kosta Marcopolous, 6:30, 200 Dead Punx, Mr. Gordon, R-H-I-N-O, My Rainbow Brite, Fun Little Song, Tim, Stalker, Schmoe, Banana Man, Liz, Stalker, Schmoe, and Pearl Jam Can Get Down and Suck Me. We sold out of the first 30 copies in only 2 days but we will have more copies soon. We are going to begin working on all new songs. Well that's about it for now. October 21, 1998- Hello again. You may have noticed that this page is completely different than the last time that you were here. We finally got around to updating it. We are going to try to update it more often now so keep coming back here. You can check out all the new merchandise we have now and there is now a discography page. We have written a lot of new songs that we will be recording as soon as we can all practice at the same time.
September 15, 1998-As you may have seen on the homepage, Bryan is no longer in Demiloaf. We have a new drummer named Julia who is fitting in very nicely. And we finally figured out how to use our mixing board and our new songs actually sound really good. So if you ask one of us nicely, maybe we'll give a copy of it. Thats it for now. Oh by the way, go to the next .baxter. show because Neil is going to be wearing a Demiloaf wife beater during the show.
September 5, 1998-Well I have some exciting news for all you Demiloaf fans. We recorded a new six song tape. The songs on the tape are 1.)Banana Man, 2.)MB(masterbation song) 3.)Kosta Marcopolous, 4.)Tim, Stalker, Schmoe, 5.)Bob the Bald-headed Freak, and 6.)Penis Fuck Shit. You can pick up the tape from any Demiloaf member for only $3. The tape also comes with a free patch and sticker. We are now going to be practicing a lot more frequently now at Roy Studios in Arlington Heights.
August 13, 1998-Hello. Well I guess Demiloaf is taking a little break right now. I really can't remember when the last time we practiced was. Somebody always has to work. But don't worry, once school starts we will be back practicing all the time. We may even drop out of school and spend all our time concentrating on Demiloaf. Okay we have a new song called "Banana Man" which is a really good song. We are going to release it as a single very soon...hopefully. It may even be given away for free since I don't think anybody would actually buy it if we tried to sell it. And some band members think that we should take the background off with the penis' and testacles', but I think they should stay. So email me and let me know what you think of the background. That's it for now.
July 28, 1998-Well, the show's cancelled! Thats right, Demiloaf will not be playing at Ben's party on Saturday because some band members can not make it(damn drummers!!!). But the party's still going on and there are gonna be some great bands such as Baxter, Annexx, 007, Dick For Short, and 8 Months In Between so make sure you go there.
July 25, 1998-Like the new images and stuff? You can thank Claris Home Page 2.0 and Terry for finding it in Nicole's computer desk drawer. It was on hiatus for a long time, and now this web page can look prettier all the time. The plans for our show have pretty much been finalized. August 1st at Ben's house with the Ninckumpoops, annexx, and a few suprise guests. Ben is allegedly renting a tent and an outhouse, so be there damnit! If not to see demiloaf, then go for the outhouse. If you want to go, email us and we'll give you directions. Bring your friends, and tell them to bring their friends, and tell them to tell their friends to bring their friends etc. etc. We need all the audience we can get. Thank you come again.
July 5, 1998-Okay most of demiloaf is at some shitty concert tonight in Rockford and I'm bored so I decided to update the page. We've got some pictures of us that we scanned and they will be up soon. We are supposed to play at Ben's party on August 1st with New Left Standard, The Ninkcumpoops, and The Einsteins. Thats it for now so see you at the show fuckers.
June 28, 1998-Hey everybody it's been awhile since i updated the page so I'm gonna tell you whats new. We've practiced a few times this summer and we had a very good practice about a week ago. And Nicole and Terry have decided that if we ever play "Kosta Marcopolous" again we are going to quit the band. Oh we have some new demiloaf stuff available to the public so check the merchandise page for more on that. I'm not sure if our show at Ben Listopad's house is going to happen because I dont' know if he's having a party and Chixdiggit is playing on the same day and I'd rather see them than play a show. Well thats about it for now.
June 12, 1998-4/7 of Demiloaf went to a fun fun show today. ATFO made it suck when they started playing fireman. We had to vacate the building because we didn't want to die. Instead, we sat in Nicole's car and she molested the hood. She didn't really do that. We got some inspiration and realized that shows are better when everyone in the band is drunk. We don't condone underage drinking at all. Nope.
June 11, 1998-WE HAVE A SHOW!!! Yes we now have a show scheduled for August 1st at Ben Listopad's house. Nothing is for sure yet but we might play with such bands as New Left Standard, The Einsteins, Ninkcumpoops, Chauncy, Blue Bottle, and some other band.
June 10, 1998-Demiloaf is in the middle of a little break right now because we are all studying our asses off for finals (except for Nicole). But we'll be back after this weekend and there are rumors out that we may have a show sometime this summer at a party but nothing is for sure. Well thats it for now see ya'll at the show.
June 6, 1998-We were supposed to have practice today, but Adam was too busy whining about his feet to show up, and Mike Wells' mom said he wasn't home. Pedigree was too busy fraternizing with the enemy (George Balogi). We drove by the enemy's house and stormed the tramampoline. He deserved it. Nicole also wrote her first 3 songs. She also wrote a wicked punk bass line, without any help at all from Eric. These songs will become the foundation for a new side project called "The Discontentacles." June 3, 1998-Nicole and I did a lot of work on the page today and she helped put in our new backrounds.

June 1, 1998-Hey everybody! I put in a lot of new stuff on the Demiloaf web site with the help of Nicole Simon. We are back practicing tomorrow.
May 26, 1998-Okay, we finally got together today and recorded/practiced. We recorded the classic song Kosta Marcopolous,Incest is Best, a cover of a Metallica song called For Whom the Bell Tolls, and Nirvana's Territorial Pissings. Adam's sister Nicole Simon came in today and helped with some lyrics. And someone please sign the guestbook!!!
May 22, 1998-Hey everybody...it's been awhile since i last updated the page. I've done a few things...I fixed the form on the home page so now you can join The Demiloaf Fan Club. Well we haven't had a practice for a couple weeks now cause we have been real busy but we are going to start practicing more next week and writing more songs. So expect a new album to be released in about a week. bye.
May 14, 1998-We are taking a few days off because two of our members are out of town but we will be back soon putting out more cheap tapes.
May 11, 1998- As you may have noticed we have changed our name to Demiloaf. What? You don't like the new name? Well too damn bad! Ok we have new tapes with new covers available for three dollars.
May 9, 1998- We actually had a practice a couple days ago and we wrote some more songs including a great song called "Incest Is Best." And now you can purchase your own DC & Powers tape for only three dollars. And we are looking for a new name so if you have any ideas please let us know. bye.
May 5, 1998-We were back in the studio today with our new drummer named Pedigree or something like that and now we kind of sound like a real band. And we wrote a couple more songs and now we recorded every song that we have. If you would like a tape they can be purchased for twenty-five dollars.
May 4, 1998- Well we recorded our first tape on last friday and we are going back into the studio sometime this week and we have written some brand new songs. You can buy our first tape which is out of print for twenty dollars.
